Ok- thanks.

Where do I get this tool that I need if I later decide to put the horn in?

If your just going for the horn and you can get that button / wire to pop up then the tool is unnecessary. If you have to disassemble the hole thing past the turn signals then you'll need the tool..............Sorry

Thanks guys for the info :)

DON'T let IO read this last part......especially since I stuck my tongue out at him and his popcorn bucket!

Now I'm really pissed. I noticed last night when I was driving, my steering wheel is crooked again :wtf:

How can that happen? My wheels were straight, I put the steering wheel back on and all looked good. I could have sworn (not positive) that when I left all was good. I noticed on the way home it was off a 1/4 turn again.
This is ridiculous.

I read it but I had to look over someones shoulder while I distracted them with popcorn.:D

that isn't ridiculous, that is scary.

Get a handle on this child!! ASAP!

A wandering steering wheel can't be a good thing.

check the drag link clamps .

Thanks guys for the info :)

The drag link clamps.....right. You forget who you're talking to here?

It was straight before I took it off to change the blinker.

I'm just going to put a round one on there and say forget it, then I won't know if it's crooked or not :D

Sky,
Just a little input,
The fact of the matter is that even though you think the wheels are straight they only need to be off a slight amount to be off centered at the steering wheel. The key here is now you just move the wheel back in the direction towards straight one or two splines at a time and check it.
No Big swings!
