Cleared a major hurdle today!
First smog inspection since adding my Mopar system, Cherokee header, 4.0 head. The first question he had was don't I need to go to a referee first? Well since he asked me I told him no that the E.O. # is right there on the new emissions sticker and that drama gets bypassed. Then while going over it with a fine tooth comb he asked if it was a "header" or stock exhaust to witch I replied "stock"( it is stock on another Jeep lol), then asked why I had one of the 2 oxygen ports plugged on the "stock" header to witch I added that the new system deleted some of the old equip(whitch it does). After a few more questions he proceded with the testing and after all said and done it passed with high marks!
It was in the bottom 5% of all the allowable emissions tested so it does run super clean now.
YaHoo!
