Hi everyone first time that I have posted here glad to have found this site.

I changed the clutch out the other day on my CJ and when I was putting the shiftier back on I broke off that plastic piece that goes in their and the shiftier won't stay on. Anybody dealt with that before? How did you fix it? I tried to drill a hole all the way through and put a bolt and nut in there that didn't work out to good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Are you talking about a linkage bushing? Not exactly clear what you're asking about.

It's the Shifter Handle Isolator and the Shifter Handle Isolator Clip. I found it on morris and went a head and ordered them. They keep the shifter handle from coming up. (Like mine did!)

Sorry, I'm a bit late on this. Yes, these are available at places like Morris or Qtec. I actually just ordered myself new ones last week. I've heard of putting a bolt thru and it being successful so I'm curious of why yours didn't.
