Well, I’m happy for. It’s kinda funny in 5 years how we differ.
You basically just play on the street taking selfies and claiming “wins” in parking lots... I haven’t seen all your selfies but I would assume they’re all selfies next to stock Jeeps lol
Then there’s me, i joined this group asking novice question, gained a few friends
Then read just about every thread lol and took my new found knowledge and used to to build and restore four amc’s and 3 willys.
Shum have fun with the photo shoot today. Im glad you found your niche in the Jeep community.
Here ya go - got this today. Couldn’t find a JK...... they must all be in the mountains around here since the weather’s so nice. Sorry I couldn’t get the mall in the background, but I did get a massive flex in there to make up for it [emoji16][emoji16]
I love driving around and making stops like this. 99% of the time I can start some good conversation with other Jeep owners. Doesn't matter what year/model. Folks out here in VA are pretty passionate about their rigs.

Right, the truth is frustrating... but I can’t lie to myself, $3500 in the jk or241, 2.5 aev, 4.88, gussets and sleeved with 35s and she’s king sh**,( most of the cost is in the tires) cross country wheeled like a red headed step child and back home.. I love my 7, 3a’s, 2a.. but they can’t pull my 1100#off road trailer at 75mph ( safely)then Do work all day.
I joined this page many years ago and Iv learned a lot, mostly from aaron..’Jeep hammer’ and his many posts throughout the Jeep online community. It’s sad the junkyardGenius site can no longer be uploaded. That said, most here won’t recognize the reference. Or gain the knowledge he so freely gave away.. bet ya can’t water proof you drive train, comprehend the importance of environmental protection or stealthy conceal your HEI without forking over cash for a knock of dui ignition.. or pass on an MSD without realizing a cheaper option is available with basically the same internals.
I drop in periodically It’s sad to see haters post trash talking against something they’ve never built and wheeled.. or even owned.
The nuts and bolts of it tell the tail, CJ7 –5-6-8 all are less then comparable to any TJ or JK. I can say this having owned and actually Wheeled them all..
I’ll Likely be “banned” for this but that just goes to show who runs this site.. posers gunna pose.. I’m out..
Not pictured is 2 1/2 more YJs (one is a tub top doors roll cage etc for the wife's 79) the other is my soon to be JP Jeep and an 87 I'm flipping for some quick cash. Rounding out the garage is a 68 GTO conv getting a full frame off resto and another T/A of mine a 79 se.
I know I know I have a problem [emoji17] but hey at least I can admit it.
To be fair there not all mine. Only 2 of the Jeep's pictured the 2.5 not pictured and all the Firebirds. Everything else is someone else's that I'm fixing working on or modifying.
