Ramsey winch company in Tulsa Oklahoma . They are the manufacturer of the modern Ramsey winch .I'm not sure what your question is from the pictures it looked like there's a PTO unit mounted on your Transfer Case it's possible it's made by Ramsey I know they make winches and drives for commercial and off road stuff they used to be Tulsa winch company a long time ago I bought a PTO winch years ago called Tulsa winch that's how I know it's Ramsey .I hope this helps you out

The answer is I don't know . I do know early Jeep's after ww2 were marketed toward farmers and could be ordered with three point hitch assemblies aslo PTO hook up for running farm implements the marketing people really tried to replace tractors with Jeep's One thing for sure what you have is unusual what is the gear box like? If it works it can run a lot of things it's all dependent on it's output speed hope this helps the picture looks like a winch with a metal cover?
