Well my jeep hasn't moved under its own power in quite some time and I can't remember if its been doing this since I bought it or not. But as we are pushing it around the yard moving it from one area to another the rear end is making a clicking sound. I'm wondering if it may have a locker in that causing the clicking or if I need to start digging into it before everything is done. My ? is does some lockers in diff make it have a clicking noise inside it? Thanks I'm currently finishing up getting the motor back in and getting the wiring all completed.

Yes-Detroit lockers make this clicking sound when turn'n, without power.
I would first be check'n ALL oil levels.
