Rear Drive Shaft- '79 CJ5

Does anyone know if there is any other rear shaft from another vehicle that will fit stock? I am having trouble finding a CJ5 shaft local and will only need one for a little bit until I stretch the rear (then have to buy another anyway) so I have been looking for a used one or something else that would fit. ANy thoughts?

Plan on it.

Shaft is 18.5" center to center of the joints. Is that a workable measurement?
