I have never seen anyone who supplies the individual components, just the complete assembly.
 
New set of LED units are cheap - less than $50 for a pair.

The taillight assemblies are pretty easy to find on Amazon or Ebay. If you don't mind doing aftermarket, you can pick up pair for less then $100. One thing I would watch out for is what you're mounting into. With the taillight bieng that rusted, I'm sure the back of the corner panel is also seriously rusted. A good idea is to reach back there and sand off all the rust and debris around those holes, so you have a solid electrical ground for the bolts. Good Luck!

When I replaced my tail lights, I ran a separate ground wire to each and connected those grounds to the same mounting point as the fuel sending unit ground wire. Now the lights no longer rely on a mounting bolt to the body panel for a ground connection. I also used this mounting point for the ground connection in my trailer light plug as well.
