Rough 86 Cj7
Ive been looking for a CJ7 with an automatic for awhile now. No full time Quadra Trac models. I was even browsing over a few Yjs with an auto. I thought I may have found a candidate earlier today. I knew the tub was shot but wow! When I got there I could see the 20 gallon fuel tank from inside the tub.
This Cj has a few saving graces for me. It ran fairly well with all the stock emissions and bbd carter still in place . It has a tag for the reman Jasper engine and moved around the property under its own power pretty well. Over the last few weeks I got the owner down to $1500.
I ended up offering him $800. It runs but there are body mounts that are bad and I may be able to use 1 fender and the tailgate sheet metal wise.
I told him to keep my info and contact me if it didnt sell.
