I need to replace all of the seat 633437376acc684bde9b4d554d5d2040.webpbelts (the originals are grey). The interior is spice/tan. I have searched several forums and seat belt sites.
1. Is a 3 pt retractable with latch rather than push button safer? I am not planning on replacing the seats at this point.
2. I am going for as close to original as possible and thought it odd the belts are grey - does color scheme matter other than personal preference?
Thanks for your input!

Both latches meet all safety standards. The latch was the style when seatbelts first came out. Later most belts were the button style. The latch can accidentally be opened and it is easier to open, where the button is a little harder to open. To me it is a preference thing. If you want a different color webbing look here: Buy Replacement Seat Belts | SeatBeltsPlus.com Back in the 70's and early 80's I believe standard belts were black.

The big downside of the 'push-button' type, is it get'n clogged with dust/dirt/crud.
