Serious upgrade for my CJ

I finally got serious and welded up a Super BigGulp holder for my Jeep. Good for slopes up to 45 degrees...

Thanks - I'm planning on making some sort of cell phone holder that slides into the left square tube.

Very nice!! - much more creative than I was - I ran an old work

That is amazing. I actually did the same thing. I had an old steel toe boot between the seats for the same purpose. Worked great. My friends thought I was an idiot. But it worked. I also had a "book box" in the back instead of replacing the am/fm radio in the dash. It was the '80s.

I actually really like the old boot idea, somehow seems appropriate. You'll probably never see an old boot cup holder in a Wrangler.

And a pair of boots would provide a drink holder for both driver and passenger LOL.

I've also been known to use a rolled up tow strap as well. You get the same looks for that as you do for the boot.

I've got a big --- towel I use to cover up the dash area when it rains. Keeps the dash dry. When I go down the road I make a big spiral and put my drink in the middle and it actually helps keep the drink cold
