should i use a donor cj7

well i have two CJ7 a 79 and a 81,
the 81 has somewhat been in a fire and i was going to use
it for a donor jeep like floor pans and body panels is this a
good idea or should i just buy the body parts online..

If they are in good shape and you can get em out with out butchering them I say go for it. The dollars saved on patch panels can go for other jeep parts

Well the 81 was i'n a fire and it was given to me

if the parts you need on it, the panels you want to salvage and use, are still in good shape then there really is no reason you cant cut em out and re-weld em in the jeep you are fixing. that was the question right?

Yes correct I plan on using the the burnt one as a mud truck After I part it out
