Put up a snatch block in a tree and loaded up this old junked out mower for my dad. The Transmission was locked up and tires were flat, so it certainly wasn't roll anywhere easy. The thought of manhandling it made my back ache just thinking about it.

Then I dressed it up with a new decal package. There was some decals left over; I'm thinking they were meant to be on the cables. The end result was better.

My mechanic was changing garages, so I helped him winch a half a dozen dead trucks to a flatbed.

Only looked at it sitting in a box, in my shed, waiting on me. Figured no use installing it until I install my new engine :(

Went down to the lake today to check on the boat. Good thing I did, bilge pump sucked up a rag. Last night's rain and today's heavy North winds had it sitting pretty low in the water. Winched 'er up on the bank and pulled the drain plug.

I am going to pick one up tomorrow but I wont get it put on until I get the motor in.

I leaned on my winch, fiddled with the hook and thought, "Man what a good lookin' winch, Warn makes such a great product." Then I marveled at the high quality winch mount, so smooth, such nicely finished welds and that powder coating is near perfect. Can't say the same for the rest of the CJ, but I didn't do the fabrication work on the CJ either......

Well, I took her out for burgers last night.
