Body Spare tire carrier bump stop location?

Does anyone know of any diagrams of where exactly to mount spare tire bump stop on rear passenger corner? I don’t have the factory holes as it didn’t originally have a swing out carrier. Picture for reference.

I originally had the swing out carrier and bump stop. Replaced them with my homemade rear bumper and tire/jack/cans carrier. But still have the original holes. It looks like the lower right hole is 1.5 inches from the body seam, 8 3/8 inches up from the bottom of the tub, and the left and right holes are 3 inches apart. Here's some pics:

Nope. Just the bolts/washers/nuts. It isn't supporting any weight, just the bump stop.
