I'm new to the cj's and just purchased my first one. it's a 80 CJ7 AMC 304 4 spd. The guy loaded it up with a bunch of leaf springs and it's ridiculously stiff, the back doesn't even budge. Anyways. I'm guessing if I switch back to the regular stock amount of leaf springs it will loosen it up a little? plus do any of you guys know a website where I can find the stock parts. All the sites I see have leaf springs with a lift to them. I believe there's a bit of a lift with all the leafs on there, will i have to replace the shackles if that's what they are called that are connecting them to the frame?
