T150 Grinding issues

when down shifting or putting the clutch in while coming to a stop if i try to put it in 1st i get a grinding i dont get that if from a stop slight grind when shifting gears to quickly....not speed shifting but running through the gears. i have not had any Transmission problems in the 5 years iv had her, how do i check fluid levels im sad to say i have never checked it only has maybe 15k in the 5 years, the PO (ex uncle inlaw) changed the fluid months before i got her. any help is always nice, thanks.

I would check the clutch throw out bearing, sounds suspiciously like that to me

If it grinds while your trying to put it in gear you might have a syncro going bad... The T-150 is a pretty simple and inexpensive Transmission to rebuild..

Thanks, have you had urs rebuilt if so what was the costs. i think that it woudnt be a bad thing to have it rebuilt (156k). whats a bent shift fork free like?(sigh).....if its no one thing its another...... Fun tho. having a rusty pile with all new parts is the best!!!!!!

I just rebuilt mine a few weeks ago,It is pretty simple, I got the master rebuild kit for just over $100.
