Trans T150/Dana20 mounting question

Hey guys! I’m new to owning a CJ and just got myself a ‘76 CJ5 as pictured here.
My main question has to do with the mounting and mounting components of my Transmission /Tcase. I know that the main Transmission bushing is mounted offset on the torque arm along with the torque arm bushing being mounted on the opposing side but it seems mine has been mounted incorrectly and to be missing a piece.
In this diagram, I am missing part #18.200-5 and other than acting as a spacer, how important is this part? Did anyone use one on theirs? If you did about how thick was it? I have access to large plates of steel from any thickness up to 1/2” and can replicate it if need be. Thanks in advance!
