Things that make a CJ a CJ...

Things that make a CJ a CJ...
i think i got the special rust edition....

Dont you mean you got the standard rust edition. i think i have the special rust free/ light surface rust edition.:D

When we breakdown roadside, we know every CJ'r will stop,& plenty of non CJ'rs will offer a hand.
Breakdown in a Hummer,& you'll get rundover. :jeeplove:
Come to think of it.
When we breakdown in a Cj, we may be offered money.
Breakdown in a Hummer, you may be asked for money.

How about driving in the rain, wondering why the windshield wipers aren't helping and then realizing that the rain is on the inside..

I consider myself lucky if my windshield wipers don't jam up when I need them. :)

Being stuck on the freeway north of any town USA.You know that secret road is just ahead to get ahead of the jam.You lock it up take off on the shoulder and hit that road and your gone. When you look in the rear view mirror theirs 5 cars behind you.You know they shoulda stayed on the concrete

LMAO!

Once when heading from Orlando to Daytona, I hit a traffic jam on I4. Once I got close to an exit ramp I took off on the shoulder. It was pretty bad, nothing but mud and marsh really. Several trucks tried to follow... :) My last sight was them sinking in the cat tails... I did have to get out and lock in the front hubs in the mud, but it was worth it. :)

Our grandson has put his dibs on ours.Grandma says it'll stay parked outside the nursing home window where she can look at it every day. When she's gone and only then can you have it.

You beat me to it Dave. I can't recall the number of times I wish I had wipers on the inside as well. The old t-shirt had to do the trick:D

Reason to buy tools you never thought you would need to own.;)

Trouble is I don't really understand either. But I love doen it.:chug:

Same as any pre 72 jeep
And I would kill for a series 2
Or a defender
You want to drive a series 2 landrover, Heaters are a optional extra , and air cond doesn't exist ;)

For ease of maintenance and not needing a stinking computer to tell me what is wrong with it.:chug:
