Recently I replaced the clutch on my CJ7 . Also replaced rear drive shaft and u-joints and Transmission mount. Everything seems to be working very well, but when the engine is running and I begin to push on the clutch pedal and the throw out bearing gently engages the pressure plate I get a throbbing/pulsing in the pedal. Once I fully engage or fully release the clutch it goes away. Wasn't there before. Any ideas?
sounds to me that if you replaced the clutch that one of the fingers on the pressure plate is slightly higher than the others and thats causing the pulsing as it rotates past the clutch fork, hard to say tho
