Well after all this time waiting to put this setup back in my jeep, i have a problem i didnt notice before. it looks like the the bearing adapter on the T-150 Transmission is not seated deep enough for the retaining ring to sit flush with the Transmission housing to allow the Dana 20 tcase to be installed correctly. I'm not sure this can be fixed without taking all back apart again. I measured everything during installation with the correct tooling.(maybe thats the problem) :( Any input /advice other than canning it?

After looking at the instructions and thinking it over I believe its a matter of me not seating the bearing adapter correctly. its one of the last parts of assy so i'm thinking i'll pull the locknut back off and see if it will go in any further. it shifts well on the bench with no binding. no extra parts left etc.
