1982 CJ7: 151cu iron duke/ sr-4 trans/ dana 300/ dana 30 front amc 20 rear 3.73 gears.
So I can't find a decent diagram of how the vacuum lines are supposed to be hooked up. Does anyone have one? Should I just cut and plug them all? What will this do? What are they even for? I'm new to a lot of things cjs have to offer
 
Depends on how agressively your state emission tests if at all. IDK, they do in AZ and CA unless you register as classic.
