Wagoneer Axle swap Brake Question

Quick background: I have a 1982 CJ7 with Power brakes, front disc and rear drum, I'm in the process of installing Waggy D44s with front disc and rear drum. I know this swap is covered in detail repeatedly on the forums, but everyone seems to stop once the axles are mounted and back under the jeep. My question is concerning brake lines and proportioning valves:

1.) Since I'm already frame-off I want to run all new brake lines. If I get a CJ7 pre-bent set from inlinetube.com will it be able to handle the larger Wagoneer Dana 44 brakes? I believe the wagoneer ran a large diameter rear brake line than the CJs. Obviously it is cheapest and easiest to buy a system from inlinetube made for my CJ, but I'm worried the smaller diameter tubing might effect braking power?
2.) Can I run a stock CJ7 proportioning valve? I'll need to order the disc front and rear drum style, but will it handle the larger brakes on the Wagoneer axle? If I run a wagoneer proportioning valve then I'll have to either run larger brake lines or get adapters to match inlet/outlet sizes.
3.) I need a larger MC, I was thinking of stealing a MC and booster set up from a late model YJ, they run the same size brake lines to the proportioning valve, so theres less of a headache there. Cheapest easiest way to do that? I see online theres a guy selling an upgraded MC and booster set up that supposedly bolts staight up. Brakes

Ideas? I know people have tackled this before. What set up are you running? Notice any change over stock? Any tried and true methods? Anyone have a clear parts list that they know works?

First of all...never heard of that vendor, but THANK YOU.

As to your question, I'd think stock CJ would suffice but others should chime in if I'm mistaken.

I have a Chief front axle and still use the cj brake system, works for me.
The brake line end that hooks to the caliper take a larger dia. bolt.
I'm running a 8.8 with discs in the rear though, so a little different than you.

FWIW I've never used that vender, but I have read positive things from other people.

Running stock lines except stainless for the old rubber lines. Running rear discs on the rear so I have a adjustable proportioning valve.

Don't make things so complicated. :D

I'm running a Cherokee front 44, and rear CJ 44 drum brakes on my 77 CJ5 .

I used a new set of wagon calipers for $14, I added some semi-metallic pads for $20, kinda odd pads being more then calipers.

Here are the two multi function valves the top one is my original drum/drum 77 CJ and the bottom is from a 79 wagon disc/drum.

The 79 wagon has a 5/16 mounting bolt and the CJ has a 1/4, a sleeve should do the trick. The holes match up so I can use the 77 backing as well. I cleaned up the valve and plate. I'm running 3/16" line.

I haven't finished this project so I can't tell you how well it works but I'm sure it will work just fine when completed.

I buy a 25' roll and enjoy bending and flaring my own lines.

The bolt that held my rear brake junction box rusted away at the surface of the axle tube plugging the hole so there was no way to mount the block in its original position without drilling out what was left of the bolt. While at the pick and pull I found a bracket from a chevy rear axle. After some trimming I mounted it on top of the diff.

I replaced the original metal line clamps with some rubberized metal clamps.

You don't know how often I hear that! I'm constantly over thinking my build, and I usually end up going around in circles until I end up back at my original decision...

After talking with a couple people, and with the help of you awesome members, I'm sticking with a CJ system, I'm planning on using inlinetube.com for both SS Brake Lines and Fuel Lines, as I've heard good reviews on fitment and customer service. I called them up and for all the lines and all new clips it comes out to about $450, a little rich for my blood but I think the ease of installation makes up for it. I'll post my experience in my build thread.

Thank you all! Especially Posi, I've got to replace the lines on my rear axle seeing pictures and what you were able to re-purpose gave me some good ideas.
