I'll take two, 4" diameter, but with 1976 on the bottom. :chug:

I want 2 'coins' and would love to see this as a 6-8" decal for the outside.
PM me with costs for 2 coins and 3 decals, and where to send $$$$.

Installed front and rear ARB's, 30 spline front with 30 spine upgraded axles to polish my turd (Dana 30 ).

Installed replacement rear chrome molly to replace the stock one finally after I had to put it back in when snapped the original chrome molly one I put in. There was still a piece of the old axle, about 1" chunk actually, in there that's been there for a few years now. Not sure how my ring and pinion was not tore up too... Carrier bearing was a bit messed up though. Guess it trapped the chunk in the axle tube.

Got the Tube frame fenders finished up and pained on the outside, still need to build internal fenders and remount all the electrical solenoids and ARB Compressor etc...

Started looking at the Font tow bar install and how we want to do it... shouldn't be too bad.

Got all the ebrake cables replaced and hooked up. Still won't "hold" the jeep tight enough in my opinion - not sure what's wrong there...

Next is the fender finish and tow bar install mentioned above, fixing the windshield wipers (replace everything except the motor and wiring) and then some bump stop adjustment.

:chug:

just gave the painter my paint code...no going back!

Now of course I see Jeep's everywhere in the color...

Never fails. I decided on a half dozen colors, and every time they showed outta nowhere. So I just picked one I liked and said the heck with it

Yup that is where I am at...I can't think about it anymore...I regret not going original but nothing else is besides the interior and grill so why bother...So I let my 10 year old decide, she will probably get the Jeep eventually anyway!

Great idea - you'll be a lot more fond of a color she picks than anything you could come up with.....

Thats alot of fun work done, I cant believe you have had a chunk of axle shaft floating in your axle and nothing happened

Right?? and it was not a small chunk... About 3/4" x 1/2" or so... I think it was what caused my carrier bearing to go bad though. But I've been through the rubicon and hundreds of road miles since... Amazingly lucky honestly...

Still got a few things to get done, then I'll make my next list (seats and top probably for sure on that list...)

:chug:

Ordered a new distributor pickup so I can try and get mine running.

Worked on installing new speakers behind the dash.

Oh, boy - hope you had better luck choosing than I am having. My Jeep is still on a state of disassembly, so I can't power anything up yet. But my dash is done sans speakers. Was hoping to go ahead and stick a pair on the dash, but I swear every person that's done that likes a different pair. What did you go with?

I've read that TJ sound bar speakers are almost a direct fit and are great speakers...

Hmmm - guess I need to head over to the mall and find one unlocked....LOL. Factory speakers?

I'm looking at the Kicker 40CS54 units over at crutchfield.com They are flush front... picked up some black aluminum screen to go behind the cut-outs in the dash.

Got the tailgate seal/tire carrier bumper stops/side mirror brackets from morris4x4parts installed. Almost missed my daughters band concert because I was so focused on the jeep. Small steps but it will help the metal on metal sounds.

Well it wasn't a perfect fit but did fit after messaging the factory bolts a little. I bought the Rockford Fostgate Punch 5.25" speakers from Amazon. They aren't top of the line but sound pretty dang good for the price!

I didn't want to cut a hole in the stock dash so I did some measuring and found that a 5.25" speaker should fit. I did have to use some 1/4" spacers between the dash and the speaker but it works.

I am debating buying an amp and the Fusion Bluetooth module. Possibly doing away with my radio head unit all together. Hope this helps!
