I had the custom plate before I switched to Collector, so I just kept it the same.

Thought the 30 looked cute next to the sterling. Started a rebuild on a ‘81 Dana 30 for the 66 and cleaning up a sterling for the 19??CJ7 .5. Also dug a ‘79 frame out for the 7 project. Pressure washed some parts pre sandblast. Now I’m waiting for a few dry days to blast and epoxy prime.

Dana 30 housing and knuckles + ‘79 frame sandblasted and painted with SW Macropoxy. Fingers crossed no rain for a few hours.

Sterling housing and Dana 30 axles sandblasted and epoxied. Barnes is taking their time sending the truss and 4 link brackets.

Took the old girl out on a Memorial weekend drive up to Saxapahaw NC. Absolutely beautiful country. Always good to take a long trip to blow out that carbon buildup. She ran flawlessly. 👍

(1978 CJ5 , base, AMC 304 , 3 speed T-150 35K miles) Discovered the old master cylinder was belching a bit of brake fluid this weekend. Fortunately, I found it before it did much damage to paint. The original portioning valve is shot, and I have a new value ready to be installed and I'm wondering if leaking was a result of that of the gasket on the cylinder cap. Either way I ordered a new gasket this morning.
