I need some suggestions, help me solve this problem. I'll post pics of the suggestions to see who can identify and help me solve the problem.

My T-15 Dana 20 is still leaking. The problem looks similar to a rear main seal. Oil leaks after engine starts running approx 5 min, small leak few drops per minute. The oil seeps down between the plate on the tranny and bell housing. So it's behind the plate and comes through the small crack.

Rear main seal replaced twice with exact same leak and flow still present. Used all the tricks and am sure it's not rear main. Valve covers are not leaking either. Replaced and tight as a drum.

What seals are between the bell housing and tranny that could be the problem? This will be interactive. Once I gather the logical fix from you guys, I'll try it and see if it works. So fire away.

Breaking news, it seems I have solved the problem after posting. When I received the Jeep from PO, I replaced the oil pan with a new aftermarket job. I removed the inspection plate and noticed oil ever so slightly down the seem of the starter. I was able to trace it back to the main seal area, but it seemed to be coming or weeping lightly from the oil pan larger bolt beneath the main seal. I then made sure the bolt was tight, which it was. As I torqued my head as much as possible, I could see the flange on the bolt was hitting the new side of the oil pan. It left a little mark. So I removed the bolt and ground a little bit of the flange and then retightened the bolt. The flange was not allowing the rear of the pan to completely seal. Leak has been found and stopped.

I'm so frickin happy I'm going to have a beer for everyone. :chug:

It's motor oil and not gear oil? If so sounds like rear main seal not what you wanted to hear sorry.
