Misc. Wheel Swap

No, not without an adapter. Cherokee has a 4.5" bolt pattern and a CJ has a 5.5" pattern.
 
I think a lot of old Ford telephone van and pickup wheels will work. Back in the 80s a buddy and I went on a long road trip with his van that had bad tires and used my 84 CJ wheels and tires and worked well.

Factory Ford and Dodge pickups have the same bolt pattern but the center hole is smaller on both.
