I did the Blazer heater fan motor swap yesterday, spending 30 min with a die grinder to open the firewall hole. I was to cheap to get a hole saw. Put it back together and pulled it out the garage and parked it. This morning I decided to go on a short drive to do a leak test. I got in and there was a puddle of coolant on the passenger floor. Thought it was a loose hose clamp. Nope. Leaking heater core. Got new core, put it in and was finishing the install when I noticed the lever for the blend door was a little wonky. I forgot to put one side in. Pulled the assembly back out and fixed that. Everything works now, like it should. Arg!!

I'm glad to hear you got it fixed so I will see you in the am.

Whenever I start a project on my CJ, I just count on it evolving into three projects....not sure if that is a statement about the condition of my rig or my mechanical ability.:p
