The straps are called "door limiting straps" and the posts are called "door limiting strap pins". Normal footman loops mount the straps to the doors, while you need the "pins" on the inside of the tub, mounted to the lower door hinge backing bracket for the other end. The pins are readily available, in either black or chrome, brand new with mounting bolts.
I've seen people use a footman loop for both ends (door and body/bracket), but then it's a pain to remove the doors. With the correct pin on the inside (instead of a footman loop), the strap can just be popped off the pin when removing the door and the strap stays with the door (on the footman loop there). Here's a shot of a passenger side door with the strap (braided paracord in this example) bolted to the door with a footman loop and the other end slipped onto the pin inside the body.

Kentrol offers the pins with mounting screws part # 50549 (black) or # 30549 (chrome).
Here's a set of brackets if you need them, or you can make them pretty easy from some scrap you might have laying around. Just bend to the correct shape and drill/tap the mounting holes.

Davies Jeep also has the brackets and pins as well.

Just wondering if you've done business with Deadjeep.com before? I ordered the brackets a week ago and they posted the charge on paypal, but now have gone silent... No updates or tracking info. Will try to call them direct tomorrow.Wow. Great information! Thanks so much.
Thanks! It looks like they ask for 7-10 days to ship. So, I'm just impatient I guessI have purchased from them in the past - over a year ago. I had no issues at that time.
Maybe they were trying to figure out the tariffs. Thanks! It looks like they ask for 7-10 days to ship. So, I'm just impatient I guess
I like it. Good idea. ThanksYou can use the same straps. Depends on the soft door though for how you attach them.
My Bestop 2-piece soft doors have a bolt for the lower hinge pin adjustment. I burned a hole through the strap with a hot awl and placed the bolt through the hole and retightened the nut over it. Has worked fine for a couple years now.
