Mine came with studs at each end, never thought about not having them.
 
No more trying to hold the gasket in place and thread a bolt into a hole you can't see! Simple and brilliant.
B-b-but we've ALWAYS used bolts. So maybe we've always been wrong?
 
Um, yea...why didn't you think of that??

I think it would be a lot easier to put nuts on studs than to hunt for the bolt hole. Next time!!
