Has anyone had any problems with getting a replacement arm that connects the wipers together? I got with the jeep and it was to long, the guy I got it from said it has a aftermarket windsheild frame and stock ones are to big.

I would think any company that makes windshields for jeeps would put the wipers the correct distance apart. Do you know what company made the windshield? You should go back to them for parts. If you don't know the company then measure the distance between the wipers. That's how long your linkage needs to be.

Measure from one wiper pivot to the other. This is how long your linkage needs to be. Mine is 22 3/4 inches. I think all CJ5s and CJ7s with stock windshields should measure the same.
How does yours measure?

never had prob with wiper arms just don't try to find a wiper switch nearly imposable
