Trying to figure out tail light wiring . When I turn blinker on all my dash lights flash same as blinker. Turning lights on with blinker on causes it to freeze the blinker . The wiring under my dash is like the wiring on a airplane im thinking a ground issue maybe does anybody know ?

X2 on a schematic.

The brake/turn tail light function is routed through the turn signal switch.

well you could easily have a ground issue, CJs seem to be bad about that

A quick check for a bad ground would be to run a jumper wire from the battery negative close to the area that you suspect.

I had a similar issue after changing steering wheels.

I pulled the steering wheel again. Removed the blinker switch, cleaned switch and all areas in the column I could get to with circuit board cleaner. I used dielectric grease on blinker and hazard switch. Put it all back to tether and miraculously it worked.
A dedicated ground from your dash to battery won't hurt either
