1984 CJ7 only mod motorcraft 2bbl no emissions on it after a fire, 195? CJ3B project have not start on it yet
Have a choice of a oddfire 231 or even fire 252. Both need to be rebuilt. One of these will go in to a CJ3b . Which one would be the better investment? Thanks

Wait a 225 is a odd fire V6 (used in Jeeps from 65-71) and a 231 is a even fire V6.

has anybody rebuilt a 231 oddfire to get the 160 Hp of a 225. Would it be better to build the 252 as far as getting the HP rating close to the 160 HP. My first time working on V-6. Do not know much about them.
