700r4 swap

I have found a local guy selling rebuild 700r4 Transmission , with a pretty good rep. My questions are as follows
1. What all is needed for the swap (cheapest while still doing it right)
2. Is it a simple bolt on swap?
3. Is this a good auto Transmission swap?

1984 CJ7 , AMC 304 v8, Dana 300 , th350 auto

All chevy Transmission have the same bolt pattern unlike every one else.
