75w90 synthetic for limited slip in front D30?

Call me lazy but I would like to know if I can run the 75w90 synthetic for Limited slips in my front Dana 30 . I kinda don't like a different gear oil for my tranny, transfer, and then one for each axle. Too much back and forth haha. I figure 3 is enough so I'd like to avoid the 4th. I of course have an AMC20 with a Limited slip so I'd like to just buy a box of them and leave it at that.

From what I have read it seems like it really won't matter what I put in there as long as it's not Crisco...but I wanted to ask just in case since I can't find this specific question answered.

The autozone people will give me an answer but they're kinda like my chiltons manual...never know when to trust them really

You should be able to use the oil you want to, then add a bottle of Limited slip friction modifier to your Limited slips diffs.

I think most of the synth stuff says "for Limited slip"...I'm assuming there really isn't an additive in it but that it's suitable for Limited slip applications etc.

So I was curious if I could put this oil in the front dif and call it good. Am I just being over cautious? lol

Slippery is slippery and synthetic gear oil falls in that category rather well.
