Can anyone tell me how to know if the all wheel drive is working properly without actually having any snow or sand Etc to make the wheels slip. i dont think mine is working properly

That's a common problem with Q-trac's.
If it wasn't a Q-trac you could put it on four jack stands, but thats not guaranteed to work with your setup.
