Well got some small victories on this elephant today, had to use the porta power a lot on the motor mounts but I won, got the starter in, got the fan relay in the mail and started looking at where I’m going to install it, cleaned all the :dung: out of the back of the Jeep bolted the radiator in good, cleaned up some of the loose wiring, now I’m just sitting in the drivers seat enjoying the weather and a oatmeal stout

Sorry - I had to say it. Once I thought it there was no turning back

man today was a mess, trying to install the motor mount bolts and body mount bolts, my 1 year old got into my anti seize and got it everywhere lol

[emoji15] oh man - I can only imagine. If I even look at the can it’s all over me and every tool I own. I’m sure a 1 year old could do a better job than I ever could.

Now that brings back some memories...

At least there's probably nothing he could reach that will seize now.

When I was rebuilding my CJ5 after the engine fire, I used to put my 4 year old son under the hood sitting on the fenderwells with a rag in his hand to "help Daddy". Kept him out of mischief.

Lol my 3 year old loves driving the Jeep and now my one year old likes to play in a box of bolts, tragedy struck today, wife is helping me clean and organize the garage from the move and I tipped my 80 gallon air compressor over while moving it and guess what it landed on....... my upper plenum to the CJ heater grrrrr it’s in about 1000 pieces right now so add that to the list of parts I need to get

I’m glad it was just the upper plenum. My heart stopped for just a second when I got to the “I tipped my 80 gallon compressor over” part....... dang, man - ain’t nice to scare an old man.....

Lol it scared me pretty good to, I had one leg on the tire stop at the end of the garage and was going to recruit help and when I turned around I watched it fall the last 2 feet
