I was gonna say I’d never had that problem - I guess my drill is just smaller than most - but I won’t.
And good luck with the hernia surgery - a buddy of mine just had that done and GE gave home a month off - he got a lotta work done on his Z.......

Going through this right now. I'm now the lifer at work, still plenty of us around and one of the biggest aerospace companies has brought in these youngsters. You can't say anything that might upset them
