Well poop step one today is get my grinder back working, my old craftsman solder gun to the rescue... I never have liked it tho seems to take forever to hear the copper up enough for the solder to melt and stick but I got it today

Now on to grinding and cutting the engine dust shield

I have a dust cover from a AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l if it'll fit.

Machine shop doing cast iron repairs and he is willing to teach me so both

It was actually pretty easy, I had it disassembled, cleaned and in a box in 1.5 hours
