I was checking all the natural light, a whole bank of windows ! I had a couple of windows in my small 1 jeep garage but eliminated them and put a bunch of shelves in there where the windows were. I needed storage area more than natural light

Attempted to clean my shop this afternoon to compensate for the mess of others...

It didn't go as well as planned...

I went the other way.... I took stuff out of my shop and stuck it in the garage. My small "anti-clean freak" contribution........ Says the hoarder LMAO

Well my paper and wood patterns turned out good and my new plastic mounts fit, time to decide how to fasten the fan to the plastic adapters

As tough as that stuff is, I’d be tempted to thread it and add a bit of loctite........ or counterbore a hole on the back side slightly smaller than a hex nut and pull it in with a bolt.

Well I thought this would be the cleanest solution and it actually worked...... it’s one of the wood working nuts with the spikes to hold it in place, still need to counter bore the hole enough for the nut to sit flush......

Yep - that’ll do nicely. And easy, too. I’ve had em strip out with moderate torque, so no gorilla grip......
