Heck yeah - they look good! I got my tunnel cover shaped up the other day, and in marking hole locations for he shifters, I realized a stock style boot won’t work. The Transfer Case shifter is up even with the tranny shifter. I even found a website supposedly with OEM boots in house. This will be a fun search. You have now made custom boots a possibility. Thanks. I needed something else to work on........

I can help you out with a stainless trim ring for your boots when you figure out what shape you want

The Transmission shifter is an old stainless conveyor shaft that I chucked up into a lathe and spun it down to same diameter as my NV5600 shifter in my 05 Dodge, my Jeep Transmission did not come with a shifter so no better material than stainless and I need lots of practice with a lathe. The Transfer Case shifters are also stainless from the bronco guy on line, hands down the best shifters on the market

Captain cardboard is on the job.......

Gonna make the real thing 3 inches longer and drop to the floor in the rear, I have a really old pioneer head unit I am going to install with some cheap marine speakers that should get me going

Get the waxed cardboard - much more weather resistant. And for Pete’s sake, user the brown paper shipping tape - makes it look neater. C’mon, man......

Well my plan was to install a radio in it and tape the whole thing up with packing tape so it would be waterproof..... maybe a little hard to adjust volume and channels but whatever..... but since you mention it lol
