84 scrambler v8 swap tranny/transfer case help

i have a 84 jeep scrambler that a customer wants to put a tbi 350 in out of a gmc truck, it is manual and i installed the bolt on mounts which work fine for the engine, but with the slave cylinder being in the way of the front drive shaft im not sure if it will work. and another question i had was can i basically flip the Transfer Case that came with the 350 driveline to the output would be on the passenger side instead of the driver side, thanks for any help or info

This is a drivers side drop GM driveline?
I thought all Chevy/GM were passenger side drop.....
