'85 CJ7 TF999 to CJ T18 swap

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone could help shed some light on a few questions I have regarding my T-18 swap.
Currently my '85 CJ7 has the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l with the TF999 automatic. I picked up a T-18 with a Dana 20 attached to it from a 78 CJ7 . I haven't decided if I want to drop the coin on swapping my 300 in favor of the Dana 20 .. But that's a discussion for another day.
My questions are below. Sorry in advance if they seem elementary.
1. What flywheel should I use? One made for my 85' or one made for the 78'. They seem to have different part numbers.
2. What clutch kit should I use? One made for my '85 or one made for the '78 the tranny came out of?
3. Someone mentioned a special pilot bushing since I'm swapping from a auto to manual. Wouldn't this be included in the kit? Or am I'm looking for a special part?
Currently I have the T-18 Transmission , bell housing with fork, Transfer Case , and a set of manual cj pedals to complete my swap. I believe all I need is the flywheel and clutch kit. Am I correct? I realize I may also need to get new driveshafts.
Thanks in advance for helping a newb. This will be my first swap on my first CJ. I came from owning a jeep XJ and while they have lots of creature comforts, I'm loving the simplicity of these CJs. I'm hooked.
