Yea, just a touch rough, lol. I told my wife it would be our jeep but I somehow think she doesn't believe me... Funny, she wanted one of those newer 4 door jeeps for a while but then changed her mind to a pickup truck. Once we start going out in my jeep I wonder if she's going to change her mind again.

My wife wants nothing to do with my Scrambler. But she bought a JKU for the kids (we are now selling it).

And she got this from a family friend. She says it is hers, but has only ridden in it once since we got it and has yet to drive it. I drive it as much as possible.

Thanks. And I hear you. And keep in mind that I daily drive my Scrambler. So you know which I prefer to park my arse in every morning.

That '49 is awesome. I would love to have something like that one. When I got my '74 it boiled down to getting that or a '50. I wanted the '50 but after he made me the offer on it he changed his mind because he forgot he promised it to someone else.

Someone else said the same thing, they stopped making real jeeps after the cj's.

I did the contour fan new from amazon. PWM Controller for Deralie. Inline radiator hose adapter, etc. Works great but you have to build your own brackets which is fairly easy. Its tunable with a screwdriver and ramps up slowly so no amp spikes. You can watch the temp gauge drop fast when it turns on. Total radiator coverage and enough cooling capacity for those slow hot days wheeling.

Here is a link to a thread I created on another forum with pics. Its a Derale PWM controller. Expensive but I think worth it. I got the fan and wiring adapter from amazon, controller from summit, and random stuff from lowes and O'reilly.
