Misc Axle Types

Trying to confirm what kind of axles I have. I inherited this '54 CJ3b from my late grandfather, and its kinda a parts bin (non-stock alternator, ignition setup, and fuel system found so far), so I dont want to blindly trust the factory specs.
Rear axle marks
"85" and "3" on the front of pumpkin
"US PAT 1968618" (?) on the rear of pumpkin
"18419" on rear of pumpkin
Front axle marks
"A" in a circle, front of pumpkin, "17038" below the "A"
"US PAT xx18188" on front of pumpkin
Stock is Dana 44 rear and D25/27 front. Im new to Jeeps so I just want to be sure and try to gather as much information as possible (without tearing my axle apart)
