<div class="bbWrapper">I keep blowing the fuse for the tail lights and dash lights. Anyone have any ideas where to start. Last time this happened the high beam switch was full of <img src="/community/smilies/dung.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":dung:" title="Dung :dung:" data-shortname=":dung:" />. I disconnected that and still blow the fuse when I turn on the lights.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">might try disconnecting circuits until you find the one thats causing the problem</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Eliminated the dimmer switch. Might need to check the tail &amp; park light wiring harness for an exposed wire touching a grounding point. That&#039;ll involve the front park light wiring also. Start at one end and trace the individual wires until it terminates at whatever fixture it goes to. Pay particular attention to sharp angles turns and areas where the wires pass through sheet metal.<br /> <br /> I guess it&#039;s possible the light switch itself could also be faulty. But I&#039;d look the wires over first before throwing un-needed new parts at it. Hopefully you&#039;ll find a raw wire rubbing the tub somewhere pretty quick.</div>
