Engine Carburetor connections

I have recently begun rebuilding my 1980 CJ7 with the inline 6. I have very little experience with cars. I have installed a new 2 barrel carburetor(Autoline C6183). Im having trouble piecing together where to make connections from things like the fuel filter, the fresh air intake on the carburetor, and etc. I have pictures of the carburetor and engine compartment attached.

I’m working on the same thing and am about to try this.

My carb looks identical to yours and I replaced the carbon canister with a new OEM one from Delorean Motor Cars in Texas. They have the identical rollover check valve as well.

This has been difficult to piece together. I wouldn’t mind someone who is good at this to verify.

This is a great video on how to set the initial choke pull-off adjustment
It made a world of difference on how mine started.
