Old Dog- Done with that popcorn yet?


So I fortunately ran into a guy that builds jeeps at the auto part store yesterday. He looked it over and said it appeared to be in great condition for the age and gave me a few things to fix. Like the wiring harness that has spots of bare places and some other minor issues.

He said my gear in the back or something to that affect was a D? That is 2.73 or something? I have no idea what that is- do you guys? That's way over my head...lol.

Otherwise I am pretty happy with it - so far anyway.

Any rec. on a console? And a new soft top? I have Best top brand now- but it is tan and I need black.

What steering wheel am I supposed to have from factory? I would like to go back to stock as much as possible, is it supposed to have a horn?
