Cluch popping

I took a quick video of the issue hoping someone could tell me what the issue is or how to fix it. Thanks!

I'm gonna guess the bushings in the ends of the bell rank are shot. Pull the bell rank and look in the ends - there should be a plastic bushing in each end....... either those are shot or one of the support brackets is loose. There should be no side to side movement.

:agree:
Looks like the bell crank bushings could be worn.
You might also want to disconnect the push rod at the clutch fork and determine if the play is coming from the clutch fork pivot point. The clutch fork pivots on a large ball bearing that fits into a pocket on the fork, and a stud mounted to the bell housing which is threaded on one end and has a pocket for the ball on the other. A spring holds tension on the fork to keep the ball in place. If the spring breaks, and there is not sufficient pressure provided by the adjustment of the clutch rod, the ball can fall out, and the fork tries to pivot on the end of the stud. Very sloppy arrangement!
Bushings are the more common culprit IMHO.

:ty: for the update.
