Very nice. Looks like it is in very good condition.
 
Not going to hurt anything putting Mystery Oil or other lubricant into the cylinders and leave them to soak for days or even a week. You can also put the breaker bar on the crank and leave a large weight hanging while it soaks to exert constant pressure on it. Worst case, pull the cylinder head and use a wooden block and large hammer to try and force the pistons down one at a time.

That's an MB from WW2. It has the 134 L134 "Go Devil" in it

I prefer kroil for freeing up the cylinders
 
I freed a 134 using a 50/50 mix of diesel and ATF. Let it soak for four or five days topping it off every day. Then try rocking it "easy" in second gear. It should free up, if it doesn't continue soaking for a couple more days. Let us know how you make out. I hope this helps.
