Unfortunately, I don't have any 1st hand experience with these companies, but I have been looking at Throttle Down Kustoms, Rustbuster, and SafeTCap for parts when I get to that point on my rebuild.

I'm a little confused by the question. Do you have rotted sections on your frame? If so, a metal shop could fabricate new metal and weld it on for you.
Yes, Rust Buster has a number of frame replacement sections for common areas that rot out (rear sections right above the spring hangers and body mount locations, etc). Summit Racing carries them. Throttle Down Kustoms has a great reputation, and their pricing reflects that. Depending on how bad your frame is, full frames in great shape are available. Check Rudy's Rudy's CJ Parts
